Change your habit – Habits can be gotten rid of. How did it come to it as a habit? There are a few types of it good, bad, and addictive.
Smoking is not good for our health, we know it, but how did that thing hop onto us? Does it looks cool and when we taste it that very first time, just try for fun, nothing wrong, we are strong to stop it. It didn’t work that way, and we got stuck and so many years pass.
Quitting is not easy, but it’s easy when your mind wants to cooperate. Keep the quitting to yourself, you don't want to be challenged. You need to avoid some usual spots and people, some don’t have that strong mindset, and will give that loser comment to put you off.
Don’t remind yourself that you are going through it, it’s another day and you can take care of it. Keep yourself occupied. Set goals, and reward yourself.
When you change you don't do routine, soon it will be behind you.
