The first step in our journey toward a more fulfilling life is to understand the intrinsic link between truth and energy. Living truthfully means being authentic in our thoughts, words, and actions. When we align ourselves with the truth, we eliminate the need for deception, which can be emotionally and mentally exhausting. The energy we once expended on maintaining falsehoods can now be redirected towards more constructive endeavors, allowing us to lead a more vibrant and productive life.
Telling lies can create a heavy burden to carry. It demands that we remember and perpetuate untruths, leading to stress and anxiety. In some cases, lying can even lead to panic when the truth is at risk of being exposed. Choosing to walk the path of truth means shedding this burden and experiencing the liberating feeling of honesty.
When we prioritize truth, we also commit to doing only what benefits others and ourselves. This means refraining from actions that harm, hurt, or inconvenience anyone. By adhering to this principle, we cultivate a sense of moral clarity and purpose in our lives.
There is a profound joy in helping others, in hearing their expressions of gratitude. It doesn't require extraordinary abilities; it simply involves extending a helping hand within our means. Being there for our loved ones and those in need creates a ripple effect of kindness that fosters stronger connections and a sense of shared humanity.
Link the truth with reality - relaxation, truth will give you energy. Have the confident in what ever you do, know what is good and what is bad. Remember this simple thing, you have a lot of covering to do when you tell a lie, and it’s so tiring to remember, and in some situation you will panic. I am walking towards the path where I do not have to answer for what I do. I will do only things that benefit one and other. I will not do anything if it will harm someone, hurt someone, or even inconvenience someone. I always feel good, when people say thank you. I am not an extra-ordinary person, simply within my means if I can help, I will.
My personal believe, there are times when we need help, our love ones, needs help, someone will be there to lend a hand too.
