Moving to a new job, or taking a test. This feeling can be quite nervous, but also it may also drive to to be better, working harder, doing a better job. Take a moment to adapt to that situation, you probably not sure sure how to go about it. If you re-look at the quote above, looking at it in a positive attitude, it's sure that you will get by it well, but not prophesying on the negative outcome.
Solutions-
When things didn't work out the way it should be, keep calm focus, and will will soon understand that situation, things happen for a reason.

Example: I find the “To Do List” quite irritating as we don’t have to resources or time to accomplish it, it’s always something stuck “uncomplete jobs”. I put it as “Extra or Improvement”, “additional works” in my mind I have program it as “good to have” but not necessarily done right away. This way it removes something on my mind.
