"Passion's Odyssey: A Journey of Growth and Entrepreneurship"

This article chronicles a transformative journey of personal growth, entrepreneurship, and inspiration. The protagonist's experiences range from discovering music and technology to building a successful web business and writing a motivational book. Amidst challenges and achievements, family remains a core source of joy and gratitude. With a sense of purpose, the individual aims to impart knowledge and contribute positively to the world, driven by a profound passion for their pursuits.
1984 – I purchased my first vinyl record, "Alison Moyet." At that time, I found myself more comfortable being alone in the record shop, free from external influences that might sway my personal taste and outlook on things I hold dear.

1985 – I acquired a computer, a 286, and I was thrilled to learn how to use Harvard graphics and basic computer software, which boosted my confidence.

1989 – My life took a significant turn as I secured a job as a display assistant and attended a graphic course. During this period, I met my wife, which led me to make positive changes in my lifestyle, including giving up drinking to focus on my work and personal growth.
1990 – I invested in a digital vinyl cutting machine, which became a lucrative source of income.

1991 – I crossed paths with Frank at Epica Design, and he became a mentor figure for me. Together, we specialized in kitchen design.

1994 – This year marked a special milestone as I got married and embarked on a memorable honeymoon with my parents, spending an unforgettable month touring Australia.

1995 – Our family welcomed Audrey into our lives.
1997 – Despite my limited experience and being ahead of my time when it came to technology, I acquired Photoshop, which proved to be quite challenging. Looking back, I am proud that I took the initiative to try new things.

1998 – Our family expanded with the arrival of Andre.

1999 – Aongus joined our family, bringing us even more joy.

2000 – I briefly delved into the property business, selling a few houses. However, I realized that the people in that field didn't align with my values, prompting me to shift my focus back to renovation work.

2004 – I undertook the challenge of learning AutoCAD, knowing that it would pay off in the long run as I advanced in age.

2010 to present – The turning point in my journey was entering the web business. I firmly believed that if I could envision something, I could turn it into reality. Discovering the right niche became a quest, and I continuously adapted to fit the evolving landscape. One of my proudest achievements is the website www.information.sg.

2019 – I achieved a personal milestone by writing my first book, aimed at motivating both myself and those around me. I published it on a website but sought professional advice before taking it further.

Throughout the years, I've built over 300 websites out of passion, keeping only a select few that brought considerable returns when sold. Additionally, I maintain about 30 directories, where I curate content based on my current mood, as this is a labor of love.

I'm always upgrading my skills and considering learning how to build an app.

My latest mission is to teach others interested in website development, as I'm eager to share my knowledge and experiences.

I've recently completed 10% of my book, set to be uploaded on www.believe.plus. I'm enthusiastic about sharing my personal vision with like-minded individuals.

Deep in my heart, I take immense pride in my well-accomplished children with outstanding character, something that money can't buy. I feel truly blessed and thankful.

My new focus lies in understanding my sense of purpose. How may I serve others? How can I contribute to the world?

Excitement fills me, akin to a child visiting a zoo for the first time, as I eagerly absorb every piece of wisdom and guidance from my teachers and mentors.

I am sincerely grateful for the opportunities and the vision that has been bestowed upon me, and I'm fully committed to making a positive impact, alongside my newfound friends who share the same aspirations.

I trust that the checklist will materialize, the paths will unfold naturally, and with the guided wisdom and knowledge, we shall bring smiles to the faces of others.
