Do we live and let live? Maybe at certain point, please withdraw, it do you more good than harm to confront, sometime it’s not necessarily, sometime it will disappear, sometime you might have to choose a good time to resolve. (But remember, don’t carry all this weight around you, you have to find a proper means to unload talk to people, friends to unload, you will feel better after wards.)
Sometime the story gets too old and that a big pass. Maybe look at the sky and say, “I forgive you, let it go.” Makeup a story to stimulate the forgiveness. I have done it many times and each time I feel better, and better. (I always tell myself: why make yourself miserable by getting angry, it’s not worth it.”
Another way I tell myself: I have no time to get angry, its not worth it as we are at different level, we have so many more important things to do, than to discuss this small matter, just let it go. It’s too troublesome to pay attention.
