Does It Matter Or Who Does Matter

"Does Quality Always Matter?"
Introduction:

Have you ever wondered if perfection truly matters? Is it essential to obsess over how something is done, or should we prioritize completion? In this reflection, we explore the concept of whether quality always takes precedence.

The Hammer Drill Dilemma:

The Hammer Drill Dilemma:
Recently, I faced a dilemma when purchasing a hammer drill. On one hand, there was an affordable, unbranded option, and on the other, a branded drill priced five times higher. Both drills served the same function, which left me contemplating the value of paying extra for the branded one. Does a higher price always guarantee better quality, or can we opt for the cheaper alternative?

The Philosophy of Functionality:

The Philosophy of Functionality:
My personal philosophy dictates that if two products perform the same function, opting for the more economical choice makes sense. I believe in getting the job done without breaking the bank. Often, warranties seem more of a hassle than a benefit, and in today's world, gadgets and tools are designed for short-term use, making it easier to replace them when needed. It raises the question: Does the longevity of a product truly matter in a disposable age?

Convenience vs. Borrowing:

Another factor that influences our choices is convenience. Sometimes, it's easier to purchase an item than to borrow it from a friend. Borrowing can create a sense of obligation, leading us to prefer ownership despite the associated costs. So, does this sense of obligation matter in our decision-making process?

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the question of whether quality always matters remains subjective. While some may prioritize perfection and longevity, others, like me, may prioritize functionality and affordability. Ultimately, the choice depends on personal values and circumstances. So, does it matter? It depends on your perspective and what you value most in the things you do and the products you choose to own.

Does it matter? Or who does matter? – Sometime when I looked at the things that is done, there’s a question does it really matter at times? So long as it’s done, does it really matter about how’s it’s been done and completed, yes, I will agree that there’s people who practice to be flawless (perfect) does it really matter? However, there are people who still think not like wise. Does it matter?

I was buying a hammer drill the other day, there was 1 drill that is affordable, no brand, while the other is about 5 times the price, branded, and both drills does the same function. I am quite amused, when the salesman come to me to encourage me to buy the better one. What special function does the one have, to make us pay 5 times more? My philosophy if it does the same thing (function) I will go for the cheaper ones, as I am able to write it off anytime I want and get a newer one if I need. Warranty sometimes didn’t matter to me as it’s sometimes too troublesome. And now gadget, devices tools etc, are made in such where you use it for a year or 2 time to write off. Not like those days, the electronics are made to last a lifetime. So do it matter?

I am buying it because it’s a little too troublesome to borrow from a friend, and we will feel very obligate somehow.
